Dar Alshifa Hospital project is one of our proudest achievements and a testament to the quality and efficiency of our work. The goal of this project was to design and install an air conditioning and ventilation system for the medical complex. The Dar Alshifa hospital is located in the city of Benghazi, Andalos road, and is designed to be a full medical complex equipped with all the latest medical equipment. The complex is divided into multiple divisions, which include:
- Department of Ophthalmology, including an operation theatre.
- The obstetrics and gynaecology department also includes a newborn baby care centre.
- Fully integrated cardiac department.
- Radiation room.
- Outpatient clinics Department (OPD).
- Patient accommodation with over 60 accommodation rooms, with a total of 114 beds.
We used a wide range of solutions to provide the best air conditioning and ventilation to each department and section based on the ASHRAE standards for medical facilities. The solutions adopted in this project relied on high-quality products and technologies, such as the VRF system from Samsung known as the digital variable multi-system (DVMS) and we also integrated air handling units (AHU) into our design to improve overall performance and efficiency.
During this project, we had to challenge ourselves to complete all works and handover the finished product in time for the target opening date without any compromise in either quality of the product and safety of our employees.
With the blessing of Allah and the combined effort of all our talented technicians and engineers, we were able to complete all works in a record time of 150 working days without any substantial setbacks or problems arising during and after completion.
We concluded our work on the site via a handover ceremony with the presence of the client, guests and our employees, where the client expressed his extreme satisfaction with the final result and has stated his gratitude for the professionalism and innovation shown by our company and employees during the project period.
